Allison has a wealth of experience and knowledge within the Additional Educational Needs
Assessment Framework. Allison has identified a wide range of differing needs and has implemented
individual plans to ensure pupils received the support and strategies to make progress and
overcome barriers.
Wendy Clotworthy

Wendy is the mother of 2 children – a boy and a girl – both in their 20s
Wendy has a wealth of experience in Behaviour Management and is highly skilled in successfully
using strategies to promote positive reinforcement.
